Germaine’s Luau

Germaine's Luau takes place on a private stretch of beach in Kapolei on Oahu's sunny southwest shore. A deep conch shell call gathers everyone to the sand, the Royal Court of Polynesia makes its entrance, and the imu pit is opened to reveal the slow-roasted kalua pig.

When the imu ceremony wraps up, the buffet opens with island staples and familiar comfort dishes. After plates are filled, the show travels across Polynesia with hula, Tahitian drums, a lively Samoan slap dance and a fire-knife finale.

The atmosphere is laid-back and friendly. Pick the Makai, Original or Plumeria package for the seating, lei and drink options you want, and add round-trip transport from Waikiki or Ko Olina if you'd rather ride than drive.
