About Polynesian Adventure Tours – Oahu to Hilo Hawaii Volcano Adventure
Trade Oahu's city skyline for a day of waterfalls, rainforest and volcanic landscapes on the Big Island. After flying from Honolulu to Hilo, join a narrated sightseeing tour that travels through Hilo town and into Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, where steam vents, crater overlooks and ancient lava formations reveal the island's fiery past.
Along the way, see Banyan Drive, Lili'uokalani Gardens and the King Kamehameha Statue before visiting Rainbow Falls and Akaka Falls. Inside the national park, look out across Halema'uma'u Crater and Kilauea Caldera, feel volcanic steam rising from the ground and walk through the Nahuku Lava Tube surrounded by rainforest.

- IMPORTANT: The name you enter at the time of booking must exactly match what appears on your valid government-issued I.D. photo I.D. that you will use during travel. This is a Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and FAA requirement and there is no flexibility with this policy. A valid government-issued ID (passport for non-US citizens) is required on the day of travel. If a passenger is denied boarding, there will be no refund.

Meeting & Check-in
- Meeting point: Upon arrival at Hilo International Airport, our driver will pick you up between 830-8:45 AM at the BUS GROUP/TAXI Area at the end of the baggage claim building. (Located near the restrooms on the West End).; Please meet at the airport at 5:00 AM for your interisland flight on Hawaiian Airlines and promptly check at the Hawaiian Airlines Ticket Counter or Self-Service Kiosk. Make sure to check in for all flights (round trip) and then proceed to the designated gate for departure.
- Pickup: Meet at the designated start point.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
