Da Life Outdoors – Waterfall Rappel 30′ & 60′

Step beyond the usual Kauai trails and take on the thrill of descending two jungle waterfalls by rope. This adventure begins with check in and a 10 minute bus ride to a scenic training area, where guides lead a detailed rappel safety lesson and a practice run on a dry wall before the real challenge begins.

A 15-minute nature hike follows along a private jungle trail beside the Hulei'a Wildlife Refuge. The trail winds through tropical vegetation before reaching the first descent at 30-foot Bamboo Falls. From there, test your confidence and skill on the 60-foot Papakolea Falls, rappelling beside a powerful wall of rushing water.
