About Self-Guided E-Bike Tour of Hawaii Volcanoes National Park
Explore Hawaii Volcanoes National Park at your own pace on a self-guided e-bike adventure through rainforest, lava fields and volcanic terrain. After picking up your electric bike in Volcano Village, you will receive an equipment orientation and safety briefing before setting out with a GPS audio tour on your smartphone.
The e-bike makes it easier to cover more ground than walking while still keeping you close to the scenery. Ride past steaming vents, massive craters, hidden lava tubes and stark volcanic landscapes, with audio commentary adding context along the way. Live operator support is also available if you need help with navigation or park information.
The experience lasts about 4.5 hours, giving you time to explore the park independently before returning your bike to the starting point in Volcano Village.
